Oracle MRP/Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Functional/Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of

  Oracle Cloud MRP

  and

  Supply Chain Planning

  modules.
• Translate business requirements into

  functional specifications, solution designs, and system configurations

  .
• Support planning processes:

  Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Constrained Planning, Work Order orchestration

  .
• Troubleshoot issues related to

  collections, plan runs, exceptions, pegging, lead times, ATP, sourcing rules

  .
• Develop and maintain

  integrations, REST API-based solutions, data mappings, and automation

  across Oracle Cloud and external systems.
• Create functional documentation such as

  BR100, MD50

  , test scenarios, and training materials.
• Conduct

  SIT/UAT testing

  , assist in go-live activities, and provide post-production support.
• Optimize planning setups:

  BOMs, Routings, Calendars, Sourcing Rules, Safety Stock, MRP parameters

  .
• Work closely with

  Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance

  teams to improve planning workflows.
• Perform root cause analysis and tuning of planning engine performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  Oracle MRP

  ,

  Oracle SCP Cloud

  , or

  Oracle EBS ASCP

  .
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes:
  
• Demand Planning
  
• Supply Planning
  
• Capacity Planning
  
• Production Scheduling
  
• MRP Concepts
  
• Ability to configure:

  Plans, Collections, Sourcing Rules, ATP Rules, BOMs, Routings, Calendars

  .
• Experience with technical tools:

  SQL, OTBI, BIP, FBDI, REST APIs, Integrations

  .
• Strong documentation skills for BRD, MD50, BR100, Test Scripts etc.
  
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud SCM Certification.
  
• Experience with

  Oracle Manufacturing Cloud

  &

  Inventory Cloud

  .
• Knowledge of advanced planning concepts:

  Constrained Planning, Pegging, Multi-ERP Planning

  .
• Experience with related modules:

  Procurement, Order Management, Finance

  .
• Domain experience in

  Manufacturing, Distribution, or High-Tech industries

  .
