Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) Functional Consultant

As an Oracle Fusion Learning Consultant, you will be involved in the design and build of Learning module.

As a Oracle Learning Cloud Subject Matter Expert, you will be intensely involved in leading the discussion with Customer SME team to identify the problem and propose solutions.

Additional knowledge of functional areas such as Core HR, Talent Management is highly desirable.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Implementation / Oracle Learning Cloud Functional Consultant Role.
• At least 2-3 Oracle Learning Cloud Implementation experience
• Knowledge and experience with Full Oracle Learning Cloud implementation life cycle.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying and gathering business requirements.
• Set up, configure, and deploy Oracle Learning Cloud to align with business requirements for learning and development.
• Manage the creation, uploading, and ongoing maintenance of learning content, such as courses, specializations, and learning journeys
• Handle user roles, group assignments, course enrollments, and ensure users have access to the necessary learning materials.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly the Talent Management and Learning modules.
• Identify functionality gaps and provide workaround solutions
• Advise customer team on solutions options (for workarounds), risks, and any possible impacts on other processes (Core HR and Talent Management)
• Interact and assist the project technical team members responsible for developing Oracle Recruiting Cloud related Data migration, Integration and Reports
