About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Learning Cloud Functional Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. In this role, you will collaborate with global clients to deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud Learning solutions, enabling digital transformation in their Learning & Development (L&D) landscape. You will play a key role in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support as part of large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with client stakeholders to analyze business requirements, map learning processes, and recommend Oracle Learning Cloud best practices.

Lead solution design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Learning Cloud, ensuring alignment with client business goals.

Configure learning elements such as Courses, Offerings, Specializations, Learning Journeys, and Learning Communities.

Define and manage learning assignments, approval workflows, and access controls.

Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (OIC, REST APIs), data migration, and reporting (OTBI/BIP).

Conduct workshops, functional design walkthroughs, and user training sessions for client teams.

Drive testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure defect-free solution delivery.

Provide postgo-live support and manage quarterly Oracle release assessments and regression testing.

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, reusability assets, and solution accelerators within the consulting practice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with 2+ years specializing in Oracle Learning Cloud.

Strong understanding of L&D processes, learning administration, and talent management lifecycle.

Experience delivering at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation as a Learning Cloud consultant.

Proven ability to work in client-facing consulting environments with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of Oracle HCM Core HR and related functional modules.

Strong documentation skills (FDs, configuration workbooks, test scripts).

Preferred Skills:

Oracle certification in Learning Cloud or HCM Cloud.

Experience integrating Oracle Learning Cloud with content providers (LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft, etc.).

Exposure to Oracle Journeys, Career Development, or Talent Review modules.
