In this role at EY, you will be part of the Analysis Career Family in the role of Business Analysis. Your main responsibilities will include evaluating business models, processes, and operations to understand business needs, analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and providing insights on system and technical components for technical design. You will interact with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, as well as analyze reports and assessments to ensure that implemented solutions meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Review materials and support in meetings with business stakeholders to gather business requirements - Build relationships with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements - Produce technical specifications for system architectural design and perform quality assurance tasks - Monitor and report on emerging technologies, form recommendations for system components, and contribute to test case design - Provide insights on implemented solutions meeting business requirements and contribute to business case development Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in gathering and interpreting business requirements - Development of technical requirements and specifications, familiarity with software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, modeling, and testing - Understanding of Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Modeling and Notation - Knowledge of application building using Python would be advantageous EY is committed to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society and building trust in the capital markets.
