Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
HFM applications
,
metadata
,
rules files
,
data forms
,
reports
, and
security
.
Manage and execute
data loads
,
consolidations
, and
currency translations
.
Support the
month-end and quarter-end close
processes.
Develop and maintain
calculation rules
and
member lists
.
Build and maintain
FDMEE (Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition)
mappings for data integration.
Troubleshoot
HFM and FDMEE issues
, coordinate with Oracle support as needed.
Develop
Smart View
reports and support end users.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
Document
business processes
,
data flow
, and
technical specifications
.
Provide
end-user training
and
production support
.

Technical Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience with
Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
Experience with
FDMEE
,
Smart View
, and
Shared Services
Knowledge of
metadata management
,
HFM rules files
, and
member lists
Understanding of
financial consolidation processes
,
intercompany eliminations
, and
currency translation
Experience with
Hyperion Reporting tools
(FR Studio, Web Reports)
Familiarity with
Oracle EPM Cloud
(HFM migration or replacement projects is a plus)

Functional Skills

Strong grasp of
financial accounting
and
consolidation principles
(GAAP / IFRS)
Experience working with
finance and accounting teams
Ability to map
business requirements
to HFM system functionality
Excellent
analytical
and
problem-solving
skills

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
5–10 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion HFM development/support
Oracle EPM or Hyperion certifications (preferred)

Nice to Have

Exposure to
Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS)
Experience with
automation tools
(batch scripts, ODI, or integration scripts)
Familiarity with
Essbase
and
Planning
