Job Description

Responsibilities:

Technical:

Expertise in HFM Metadata, Rules, and Memberlists.
Strong
VB Scripting
skills for automating and enhancing HFM processes.
Experience with Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Validations.
Knowledge of ICP Accounts, Journals, and Intercompany Reports.
Proficiency in
Data Forms
,
Data Grids
, and FDMEE mappings.
Hands-on experience with
Financial Reporting Studio
.
Ability to understand, communicate, and assess the impact of technical changes.

Functional / Business:

Strong understanding of
Financial Consolidation
concepts.
Knowledge of
Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Balance Sheet Movements
.
Translate monthly HFM business requirements into technical specifications.
Assign tasks to developers, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
Perform independent
UAT
before involving business users.
Document all system changes for internal and external audits.
Resolve business queries related to HFM and consolidation.
Agile methodology knowledge is a plus.
