Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with

  Oracle Fusion HCM

  and Oracle Cloud applications.
• Strong knowledge of

  Oracle Fusion Fast Formula

  development and debugging.
• Experience in designing and developing

  BIP reports

  (layouts, data models, and templates).
• Experience in developing

  HCM Extracts

  and integrating with third-party applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of HR business processes (Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  Oracle Fusion HCM modules

  , such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Talent Management, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with business users to understand requirements.
