Oracle HCM Tech- Integration Consultant

As an HCM Techno-Functional Engineer / Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for: - Demonstrating functional knowledge in Compensation and Equity area in Oracle, which is a definite plus. - Leveraging core expertise in HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports. - Utilizing expertise in Mulesoft, although not mandatory, would be highly desirable. - Handling Oracle HCM Tech tasks including Integrations, Data Conversion, Reports, Fast Formulas, and optional Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Utilizing tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and SDL in Oracle HCM. - Applying strong problem-solving skills to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Exhibiting excellent communication and documentation skills. Qualifications required for this position include: - Functional knowledge of Compensation and Equity area in Oracle. - Core expertise in HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports. - Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and SDL. - Optional experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is considered a strong advantage.
