Oracle HCM Redwood Implementation Specialist

Role Overview: As an Oracle HCM Redwood Designer, your primary responsibility is to lead the implementation and configuration of various modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, and Helpdesk. This involves configuring user interfaces and workflows following Redwood standards, customizing UI elements to meet specific business requirements, and ensuring seamless integration with Oracle's Redwood framework. Your key responsibilities include: - Analyzing current processes and collaborating with HR and IT teams to enhance user experience through modern UI elements and mobile-responsive design. - Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and deliver regular progress updates and presentations. - Conducting thorough UI testing, identifying and resolving bugs post-deployment, and developing training materials for end-users and administrators. - Staying updated on Oracle Redwood innovations, recommending enhancements, and continuously seeking opportunities to streamline processes and improve system performance.
