Key Responsibilities: 1. System Configuration & Support: Assist in the configuration and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, primarily Core HR, with additional experience in one of the following: Absence, Benefits, or Compensation. Perform basic UI setup and layout configurations to improve navigation and usability. 2. User Experience Improvement: Support initiatives to enhance the look, feel, and functionality of the HCM interface. Assist in reviewing current screens and workflows and suggest minor adjustments for improved user interaction. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR and IT to gather system requirements and provide input on user-friendly solutions. Participate in team meetings to share progress, raise issues, and collaborate on improvements. 4. Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct system and UI testing to ensure consistency and performance. Identify and resolve simple layout or interface issues, escalating complex items as necessary. 5. Training and Documentation: Help create end-user documentation and simple training guides. Support training sessions by demonstrating system updates and collecting feedback. 6. Ongoing Development: Stay informed on new Oracle HCM Cloud features and improvements. Proactively seek to expand knowledge of modern design principles and HCM best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Experience with Core HR is required; familiarity with Absence, Benefits, or Compensation is a plus. Exposure to Oracles latest UI enhancements and willingness to grow in user-focused configuration. Understanding of Oracle Fusion workflows, roles, and basic security setup. Preferred Skills: Interest in improving user experience and system usability. Familiarity with basic UI tools or page personalization in Oracle HCM. Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Basic Knowledge with Redwood Design.

As an Oracle HCM Redwood Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation of Oracle's Redwood design in the Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with HR, IT, and other business units to enhance the user experience and maximize the benefits of Oracle's modern, intuitive, and user-centric Redwood platform. It will be your duty to ensure a seamless, visually appealing, and intuitive interface that aligns with organizational goals and Redwood standards. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Redwood design modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, and Helpdesk. You will be tasked with configuring user interfaces and workflows in accordance with Redwood standards, customizing UI elements to meet specific business requirements, and ensuring integration and compliance within the Redwood framework. Collaborating with HR and IT teams, you will analyze current processes to identify areas for UI improvements and design a consistent and engaging user experience using Redwood's modern UI elements. Your role will also involve optimizing workflows and navigation for intuitive and mobile-responsive usability. Stakeholder management will be a key aspect of your position as you partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide Redwood solutions, and deliver regular updates and presentations on implementation progress and outcomes. You will also be responsible for conducting UI testing to ensure responsiveness, functionality, and compliance with business requirements, as well as identifying and resolving UI-related bugs and issues post-deployment. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will be required to develop comprehensive training materials for end-users and administrators, provide training sessions and user guides to facilitate the smooth adoption of the new Redwood UI, and stay updated on Oracle Redwood innovations to recommend future enhancements and streamline processes for improved system performance. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including a minimum of 2 years working on Redwood design. Proficiency in one or more Oracle HCM modules, experience with Oracle Fusion HCM workflows, security, and integrations, a strong understanding of Redwood design principles and UX best practices, as well as familiarity with tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BI Publisher are essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills will also be key to your success in this position. Key Skills & Competencies required for this role include technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Redwood UI configuration, knowledge of UX/UI design principles and responsive web design, effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and strong problem-solving abilities for diagnosing UI issues and providing effective solutions.,
