Oracle HCM Cloud Engineer

As a Security Configuration Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for managing the Oracle HCM Cloud system configuration, security settings, applications, users, groups, and group memberships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing and maintaining user access controls to ensure appropriate permissions and roles are assigned - Monitoring, maintaining, and creating scheduled jobs and processes in data exchange and BI reports - Identifying and resolving security incidents to ensure system reliability and performance - Working closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand security requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for security configurations and processes - Staying updated with the latest Oracle HCM features and technologies to continuously improve existing security systems and processes Key Technical Skills required for this role include: - Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and Recruiting Booster - Expertise in application interfaces and integration strategies using standard APIs and open interfaces - Familiarity with Oracle's Redwood design principles and experience in implementing Redwood user interfaces - Proficiency in using Oracle Visual Builder to customize and extend Redwood applications - Ability to enhance user experience by leveraging Redwood's modern and intuitive design elements Desired Qualifications for this position are: - Minimum 2-3 years of work experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple assignments while meeting deadlines - Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies Join us in our mission to ensure the security and efficiency of our Oracle HCM Cloud system while continuously improving our processes and staying ahead with the latest technologies.,
