Job Title: Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: 100% Remote

Work Timings: EST Hours

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, particularly in implementation, configuration, and support. Experience with US Payroll is a significant advantage. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust payroll solutions that meet compliance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payroll and related HCM functions.
  • Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and calculation rules in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Support integrations between Payroll and other HCM modules (Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management).
  • Conduct system testing, data validation, and payroll reconciliation.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate custom reports and interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations (US Payroll knowledge is a plus).
  • Support payroll parallel runs, year-end processes, and audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, calculations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in HCM Core HR, Time & Labor, or Absence Management is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Fast Formulas and BI Reports / OTBI.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with US Payroll implementations or support.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Payroll or HCM.
  • Prior experience working with multinational clients.
  • Exposure to global payroll integrations or third-party interfaces.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
