Oracle HCM-OTL and Absence Support-Senior

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with 4 to 9 years of experience to provide expertise in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Absence and OTL setup, configuration, and testing. ### Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with subject matter experts to configure absence plans within Oracle Fusion HCM. Collect business requirements for Oracle Fusion Absence and OTL setup. Develop test plans and documentation for managing the testing process. Review the integration of the Absence module with Time and Labor and Payroll systems. Manage and execute absence administration processes effectively. Create technical design requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders. ### Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Absence and OTL setup, configuration, and testing. Ability to understand approval workflows and create Fast Formulas in Oracle Fusion. Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with internal stakeholders. Capability to manage and execute absence administration processes. Knowledge of best practices in a global absence module and Oracle Time and Labor.
