Testing & Quality Assurance : - Develop and execute test scripts for unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Lead and support UAT sessions, defect resolution, and deployment activities. - Ensure the quality and performance of implemented solutions. Support & Maintenance : - Provide L2/L3 level technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion applications, troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and addressing integration challenges. - Support month-end and quarter-end close cycles for relevant modules. - Analyze and resolve performance issues, optimizing database queries and application processes. - Stay updated with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, assess new features, and recommend adoption strategies. Documentation & Training : - Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes. - Facilitate user training sessions to enhance system adoption and efficiency. Mentorship & Leadership : - May lead and mentor junior techno-functional consultants. - Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. Required Skills & Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant. - Proven experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation projects. - Strong experience in supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion applications in a production environment.
