Oracle HCM functional Head

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Practice Head, you will be responsible for leading the HCM cloud initiatives across Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Workforce Management. Your role will involve domain expertise, pre-sales, and solutions to drive growth and innovation in the Oracle HCM space. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining and evolving the Oracle Cloud HCM practice roadmap aligned with client needs. - Building solution accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery frameworks to scale implementations. - Leading pre-sales engagements for Oracle Cloud HCM across Core HR, Benefits, Performance, Recruitment, and Workforce modules. - Owning responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring strategic alignment and differentiation. - Serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Oracle HCM modules, guiding solution architecture, demos, and POCs. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and pre-sales leadership, with a background that began in Oracle development before transitioning into the practice space. - Deep techno-functional knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Time & Labor, and Recruitment modules, including involvement in RFPs and RFIs.,
