Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Core HR & Absence

Role Overview: At Conneqtion Group, as an Oracle HCM Functional Support Specialist, your role involves providing L1/L2/L3 functional support for Oracle HCM Core HR and Absence Management modules. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents, service requests, and issues raised by business users. Additionally, you will collaborate with Oracle Support, handle enhancements and change requests, and participate in Oracle HCM implementation and upgrade activities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L1/L2/L3 functional support for Oracle HCM Core HR and Absence Management modules. - Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and issues raised by business users. - Perform root cause analysis and propose permanent fixes to recurring issues. - Collaborate with Oracle Support to manage SRs and ensure timely resolution. - Handle minor enhancements, change requests, and system configurations. - Participate in Oracle HCM implementation and upgrade activities, ensuring knowledge transfer into support. - Work with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data-related fixes (OTBI/BIP/HDL). - Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles. - Stay updated with Oracle HCM quarterly releases and apply relevant changes in the support environment. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Systems, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a strong focus on Core HR and Absence Management. - Proven expertise in both implementation and post-production support. - Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and compliance. - Experience with Oracle HCM security, personalization, and reporting tools (OTBI/BIP). - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experienced in Redwood personalization using Visual Builder. Note: Preferred skills include Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) in Core HR and/or Absence Management and hands-on experience with data migration (HDL/HSDL).
