Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Location:

Bangalore/Hyderabad

Experience:

7-11 years

Role Overview:

Oracle Fusion HRMS Functional Consultant/Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle HRMS modules, including
Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, IRecruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Time & Labor (OTL), and Onboarding
.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and translate them into Oracle HRMS configurations.
Design and deliver
solution blueprints
, ensuring seamless integration with other functional and technical teams.
Configure and test HRMS modules, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
Provide user training and post-go-live support to ensure system stability.
Hands-on expertise in
Personalization, Workflow, and Design Studio
for process enhancements.
Exposure to
HDL (HCM Data Loader), OTBI Dashboards, or SQL
is a plus.
