Oracle HCM Consultant Payroll Specialist

As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Designing, developing, and troubleshooting HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reports. - Supporting integration with ADP GlobalView, including connector configuration, data mapping, and issue resolution. - Working closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, implement changes, and provide ongoing support. - Preparing functional and technical documentation, including process flows and user guides. - Participating in system upgrades, enhancements, and patch testing. To excel in this role, you are required to possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), and related reporting tools. - Previous experience with ADP GlobalView connector integration is highly preferred. - Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Compensation modules.
