As an experienced candidate with 5+ years of experience, you should have a minimum of 2 full cycles implementation on Oracle Fusion + EBS HCM stream. Your role will involve implementation & support of EBS R12 along with Fusion, where a good functional knowledge in all Oracle ERP Cloud HCM modules is essential. Additionally, you will be required to have knowledge of ERP table structures and assist the Oracle Technical team on development/customizations. Hands-on experience with PL/SQL is preferred for this position. Your ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments efficiently while meeting project timelines is crucial. You should strive to deliver an exceptional client experience by documenting requirement documents, business process workflows, data requirement documents, and technical documents. Understanding business requirements and recommending appropriate IT solutions will be part of your responsibilities. Your role will also include reviewing system configurations, setup, and deployment of solutions. You will be expected to prepare and review functional design documents, user manuals, and more. Experience in stakeholder management is necessary for this position. Incident management, resolving issues within the provided SLA, and managing IT Service Management (ITSM) are key responsibilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital for this role, especially since you will be working in an Onsite-Offshore model. Any knowledge of SmartView, FRS, OTBI Report & Dashboards (simple) development is preferable for this role.
