Job Description

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Consultant at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for our clients. Your expertise in various modules will be essential in optimizing business processes and enhancing client adoption. You will collaborate with clients to analyze their needs, conduct training sessions, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise within the Oracle HCM modules. Your responsibilities will also include staying updated on the latest Oracle HCM enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications, and maintaining security and risk management configurations. Working with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to enhancing user experience, system performance, and providing strategic recommendations for HR digital transformation using Oracle HCM Cloud. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, hands-on experience in implementation and configuration, and knowledge of cloud security, risk management, and compliance. Proficiency in Oracle HCM integrations with third-party applications is also crucial. Additionally, familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management principles, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to lead client workshops and user training sessions will be beneficial. You should also be adaptable to evolving HR technology trends and innovations.
