Job Summary:
The Oracle Fusion Support Team Member is responsible for providing day-to-day
operational support for Oracle Fusion Financials along with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
R12 applications . This includes troubleshooting issues, performing system
enhancements, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth functioning of financial and
associated Applications. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of
Oracle EBS architecture, and experience in Incident Management, Problem
Management, and Change Management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience in supporting Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle E-Business Suite
(EBS)
2. Familiarity with key Oracle modules such as P2P, O2C, and GL.
3. Understanding of ITIL framework and processes (Incident, Problem, Change,
Configuration, Service Request management).
4. Experience with ticketing systems of any ITSM tools.
5. Good knowledge of Oracle database queries (SQL) for troubleshooting & Writing
scripts.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
7. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
8. Comfortable working in UK shifts.( 1:30 to 10:30 PM / 2:30 to 11:30 PM)
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.

Job Title - Patch Management
We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Service Acceptance Team Member to manage the
patching process for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Business Intelligence (BI) systems, and
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components. The role involves defining patching scope,
coordinating with teams, handling change requests, supporting post-patching issues, and
ensuring compliance with approval processes.
Key Skill: Oracle E-Business Suite R12/ Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (at least 2
Modules)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patching Management Define scope, develop patching plans, and ensure
approvals.
2. Impact Assessment & Testing – Conduct assessments, collaborate with testing
teams, and review non-functional testing results.
3. Change Management & Compliance – Handle change requests, approvals, and
stakeholder communication.
4. Post-Patching Support – Provide four weeks of issue resolution support.
5. Disaster Recovery – Oversee DR planning, testing, and reporting.
6. Technical Expertise – Work with Oracle Fusion & EBS modules (AP, AR, GL, PO),
SQL, and database compliance.
This role is ideal for candidates who excel in patch management, stakeholder
collaboration, and ensuring system stability.
Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience with Oracle Fusion, EBS, BI, OCI, SQL, and patching processes.
2. Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion & EBS architecture, change
management, and troubleshooting.
3. Project management & problem-solving abilities with excellent communication
skills.
