Job Description

As an Oracle Fusion Service Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Oracle Fusion Cloud services, including implementation, support, maintenance, and optimization. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, managing a team of Oracle Fusion professionals, and aligning the system with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Leading daily operations of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications such as Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, and CRM Cloud. - Overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Fusion services to meet business needs and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance expectations. - Managing Oracle Fusion implementation projects from initiation to go-live, working closely with business leaders, functional teams, and Oracle consultants to define project scope and objectives. - Developing and monitoring detailed project plans to ensure successful execution and mitigate risks. - Providing mentorship and direction to a team of Oracle Fusion specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment to enhance performance, teamwork, and communication. - Acting as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and Oracle support, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and translating business requirements into Oracle Fusion system enhancements or configurations. - Identifying and implementing process automation, service enhancements, and system upgrades. - Conducting regular reviews with stakeholders to evaluate system performance and business alignment for service optimization and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. - Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. - Strong project management skills. - Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills. - Possessing relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist for Oracle Cloud Applications and Project Management Professional (PMP) will be highly desirable. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrating Fusion applications with other systems. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management and DevOps practices in the Oracle Cloud environment.,
