Job Description

Role Overview: As an Oracle Fusion Service Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Oracle Fusion Cloud services, including implementation, support, maintenance, and optimization. Your role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, managing a team of Oracle Fusion professionals, and aligning the system with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead daily operations of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications such as Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, and CRM Cloud. - Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Fusion services to meet business needs and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance expectations. - Manage Oracle Fusion implementation projects from initiation to go-live, working closely with business leaders, functional teams, and Oracle consultants to define project scope and objectives. - Develop and monitor detailed project plans to ensure successful execution and mitigate risks. - Provide mentorship and direction to a team of Oracle Fusion specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment to enhance performance, teamwork, and communication. - Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and Oracle support, translating business requirements into Oracle Fusion system enhancements or configurations. - Identify and implement process automation, service enhancements, and system upgrades to contribute to service optimization and continuous improvement. - Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to evaluate system performance and business alignment. Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. - Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. - Strong project management skills. - Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills. - Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist for Oracle Cloud Applications and Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
