Job Description

  • Job Title: Fusion HCM Techno Functional ConsultantLocation: AT&T IND Karnataka BENGALURUYears of Experience: 6+ YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM applications
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of total experience, including at least 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically in Core HR and Recruitment modules
  • This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise to support our clients effectively
  • ResponsibilitiesLead and execute at least 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Core HR and Recruitment modules
  • Develop and customize Fast Formulae, Personalizations, BIP Reports, and Dashboards specific to Core HR and Recruitment
  • Implement integration methodologies and interfaces, including HDL, Web services, Data extracts, and 3rd Party Integrations
  • Oversee History Data Conversion and Migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Manage security processes within Fusion Applications, ensuring compliance and best practices
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including ASIS, Technical Specifications/Design, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents, and SOPs
  • Write detailed test cases/scripts/scenarios that cover end to end business processes
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients, ensuring all requirements are met
  • Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks and projects
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing
  • Collaborate with global clients, with a preference for experience with US clientele
  • Mandatory Skills6+ years of total experience with 4+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM applications
  • Experience in at least 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Proficiency in Fast Formulae, Personalizations, BIP Reports, and Dashboard Reporting
  • Expertise in integration methodologies and interfaces (HDL, ASP
  • NET Web Services, Data extracts)
  • Strong understanding of History Data Conversion and Migration
  • In depth knowledge of security processes in Fusion Applications
  • Excellent documentation skills, including Cerner Power Documentation and user manuals
  • Experience in writing test cases/scripts/scenarios for business processes
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Preferred SkillsExperience working with global clients, particularly in the US market
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM are a plus
