Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Benefits Management module. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in formulating system strategy and gathering business requirements for Oracle Benefits. - Leading fit-gap analysis to define current and future business processes. - Conducting prototype demonstrations and configuring Oracle Benefits functionality for clients. - Performing testing and delivering user training on Oracle Benefits. - Cultivating and maintaining business and vendor relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Knowledge of Open Enrollment preparation planning, configuration, testing, and resolution of suspended enrollment. - Experience in Oracle Benefit plan program configuration for US clients. - Familiarity with eligibility rule configurations, OTBI reports, and Benefits fast formulas. - US client consulting experience. - Oracle Benefits Cloud Certified Implementation Professional.
