Oracle Fusion HCM-Techno Functional Consultant

As an experienced Fusion Oracle HCM cloud technical resource, your role will involve: - Writing approval rules and configuring DFFs and EFFs - Solution designing, POC, and troubleshooting of issues/problems - Understanding Data Model and Business Process functionality in Fusion HCM Application - Knowledge of Fusion HCM integrations, reporting, and Production support - Conversions using HCM data loader and spreadsheet loaders for workforce structure data, worker data, contracts data, work relationships data, salary info, workflow approvals, etc. - Identification, assessment, and resolution of complex technical issues/problems - Good communication skills both written and verbal for client interaction In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.
