Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Technical Consultant at Birlasoft, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM to drive successful implementation, configuration, and customization of Core HR modules. Your role will play a crucial part in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of businesses worldwide through seamless integration of Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. With 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in data structures, business objects, security models, and REST/SOAP web services within Oracle Fusion HCM environment. Your responsibilities will include utilizing technical tools such as Oracle Application Composer, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula to create effective solutions. Additionally, you will work on data migration, conversion, and interface design using tools like HCM Data Loader and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader. A deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM security models, role-based access controls, and data privacy regulations will be essential in ensuring compliance and data integrity. Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills will be put to the test to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are key in your interactions with clients, project stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Preferred qualifications include Oracle Fusion HCM certifications, such as Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist, to showcase your expertise in the field.
