Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant at our company, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules with a focus on end-to-end integration and testing. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful HCM solutions by leveraging your technical expertise and keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Build Cloud BIP Reports, configure Email & FTP Bursting, develop OTBI Dashboards, and integrate reports into dashboards using Agents and briefing books - Develop integrations using OIC or similar tools - Perform data migration using FBDI templates - Load and convert data via HDL and spreadsheet loaders - Hands-on experience with VBCS, PCS/OPA, and support Redwood page customizations using JavaScript and CSS - Configure and customize advanced workflows - Optimize SQL performance and resolve technical issues - Write and debug Expression Language (EL) for UI validation and conditional logic - Participate in at least 2+ full Oracle Fusion implementation lifecycles Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in IT, HR, or a related field - Minimum 8 years of experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle Fusion HCM - Strong hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, and HCM modules - Excellent communication, documentation, and multitasking skills Join our team and contribute your expertise to drive the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions!
