Job Description

As an Oracle Fusion HCM consultant, you will be responsible for hands-on experience working with Fusion and exposure to EBS. Your role will involve understanding process flows, setting up configurations, and implementing common solutions across various modules in HCM. It is essential for you to have functional expertise in at least three modules and technical proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations, and Extensions. You must demonstrate a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and possess knowledge of SQL, data migration, and customization. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role. The ideal candidate will exhibit leadership qualities to establish best practices for providing techno-functional support to enhance enterprise business processes. This is a full-time position, and early joiners are preferable. The work location can be either remote, hybrid, or in-office based on the company's requirements.
