Job Description

As an experienced Fusion Oracle HCM cloud technical resource, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Writing approval rules and configuring DFFs and EFFs - Designing solutions, conducting POCs, and troubleshooting issues - Understanding the Data Model and Business Process functionality, including data flow in Fusion HCM Application - Working on Fusion HCM integrations, reporting, and providing production support - Knowledge of conversions using HCM data loader and spreadsheet loaders for various data types such as workforce structure, worker data, contracts data, work relationships data, salary information, and workflow approvals Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Fusion Oracle HCM cloud implementation/production support - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client interaction - Ability to identify, assess, and resolve complex technical issues/problems Please note: If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for a more comprehensive understanding.,
