Job Description

Responsibilities:Lead and manage Oracle HCM ORC implementation, upgrade, and support projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business processes
Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM modules, focusing on Recruitment and Onboarding
Oversee support teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to service level agreements
Communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating a commitment to achieving customer and organizational objectives
Utilize OUM methodology for project execution and management
Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
Mandatory Skills:Minimum 9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Oracle Recruiting Cloud
Strong functional skills in Oracle HCM Recruitment and Onboarding
Proven experience in stakeholder management and Effective Communication
Experience in global implementations, upgrades, and support projects
Ability to work independently and manage support teams effectively
Sound knowledge of Business Processes in Life Sciences and OUM methodology
Proficient in BIP and OTBI reporting tools
Preferred Skills:Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules such as Talent Management and Taleo Recruit
Familiarity with Taleo Connect Client (TCC)
Oracle certifications in Fusion HCM modules, particularly ORC
Experience in Extend SaaS featured Using PaaS or custom integrations with EBS/Fusion
