Oracle Fusion Hcm Functional Consultant

CGI is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, and Shared Tools. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions for global clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post go-live support.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as:
• Core HR (Global HR)
• Absence Management
• Payroll
• Recruiting (ORC)
• Compensation
• Onboarding
• Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Career, Succession, Reviews)
• Shared Tools (ODA, Security, Workflows)
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and configuration workbooks.
• Perform functional configuration and enhancements (CRs) across HCM modules.
• Support data migration activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL).
• Develop and validate reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
• Execute manual testing including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Handle production support issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Raise and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) for seeded product issues.
• Conduct training sessions and prepare user guides for end users and super users.
• Guide business users on best practices and end-to-end HCM processes.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and work effectively across different time zones, including US time zones.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Functional Consulting.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong expertise in Core HR and Talent / Payroll related modules.
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and support.
• Hands-on experience with HDL / HSDL.
• Strong reporting knowledge using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
• Experience working with Oracle Support (SR management).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
