Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Design, build and configure Oracle Cloud application to meet business process and application requirements Good experience in any 3 to 4 HCM Modules (Payroll,OTL, Comp and Benefits, core HR etc) Building / configuring HCM Extracts to get data from the Oracle Cloud HCM objects for integration to external applications Preparation of Project Deliverables requirements, design specifications, config guides; Follow documentation, software development methodology, version control Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts,Oracle BI Publisher Knowledge Oracle Application Development Knowledge, Oracle Cloud Implementation Should have handled Teams/ Project on their own Not a Business User or Support Team User Able to handle aspects independently as and when the project/team requires Successfully completed at least 1 certification (Oracle Cloud HCM) Ability to work as an effective team player Implementation experience of 3-4 Modules, with experience on integrations, PAAS (Functional knowledge) Should have handled Teams/ Project on their own Not a Business User or Support Team User Some experience of working on RFPs, client presentations in proposals will be Add On. (open to travel) Excellent communication Punctual and consistent in internal and external communication Should be open to travel Preferred candidate profile: 1. Preferably for Payroll / Compensation, Benefits Mandatory. (Either of them) along with other modules (OTL, Compensation and benefits, Payroll, Talent Management) 2. Implementation experience is mandatory 3. Minimum 3 Modules experience (Inclusive of Core HR) 4. Experience Range: Consultant - 4 to 6 years - 17 LPA Senior Consultant - 6 to 9 years - 25 LPA Manager - 9 to 12 years - 34 LPA 5. Must be Open to travel 6. Excellent communication 7. Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days
