Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 23 end-to-end implementations in Benefits, Compensation, or Payroll modules7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience, with expertise in at least two of the following modules: Benefits, Compensation, Payroll.Hands-on experience with full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and regulatory compliance (especially related to payroll and benefits).Experience in creating functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials.Strong communication and client-facing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
