Job Description

The role of an HCM Extract Specialist requires a good understanding of the Fusion HCM data model, BIP, and functional business processes. You should possess knowledge of integration concepts like transport methods (FTP, Web, UCM), transformations, and monitoring. You must have at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Integrations and possess Techno Functional expertise in Fusion HCM. Experience in Agile methodology is a must. Your communication and presentation skills should be excellent, and you should be comfortable working in a highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs. Design thinking, problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset are essential for this role. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting all interfaces from/to Fusion HCM, collaborating with concerned parties and systems to ensure a seamless and reliable experience for consumers. You will work across teams in the HR Systems space, participate in CHRs, and contribute to the development of new interfaces. Additionally, you will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for interface support and collaborate closely with the Middleware team for effective support. Technical skills required for this role include proficiency in Core HR, HCM Extracts, BIP, REST/SOAP APIs, Fast Formulas, and Transaction Design Studio Customizations.
