Oracle Fusion Finance (Fixed Assets & Lease Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets & Lease Management modules.
• Ensure strong integration with GL, AP, AR, Procurement & Projects modules.
• Analyze existing asset & lease workflows, map them to Fusion processes, and identify process gaps.
• Prepare and review functional specs, MD50s, user stories, workflows, and BRDs.
• Manage and validate data migration activities for asset, depreciation, and lease data.
• Provide functional guidance to stakeholders to optimize asset lifecycle & lease processes.
• Ensure compliance with global accounting standards (IFRS 16, ASC 842) and internal audit controls.
• Lead SIT/UAT cycles, prepare test scripts, and document test results.
• Conduct end-user training and create process documentation & SOPs.
• Troubleshoot post-go-live issues and optimize asset & lease management operations.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, project accounting & IT teams for solution delivery.
• Participate in discussions with developers, Oracle support & external partners.
• Monitor, escalate, and resolve critical implementation issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets (FA) & Lease Management configuration and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of asset lifecycle, lease accounting (IFRS 16 / ASC 842), capital projects & depreciation.
• Experience preparing functional specs, leading testing, and managing end-to-end solution delivery.
• Strong knowledge of data migration, FA categories, asset books, lease schedules & adjustments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving & stakeholder management ability.
• Experience conducting UAT, user training & workshops.
• Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields; CA/CPA/Oracle certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 8+ years of Finance/Asset/Lease experience, including 2+ full Fusion FA & Lease implementations.
