EPM Lead Consultant

Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days

Education Background

• Preferred: MBA / CA / CMA
• Strong Accounting & Finance knowledge is mandatory

Required Skill Set

• (On-Premise & Cloud)
• Overall 8+ years of experience in EPM
• EPM Cloud Expertise:
• Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting
• Workforce Planning
• Capital & Asset Expense
• Financial Reporting / Statements
• Profitability & Cost Management
• Financial Consolidation & Close
• Account Reconciliation
• (At least 3 EPM Cloud product implementations are mandatory)
• On-Premise Experience (Added Advantage):
• Hyperion Planning & Budgeting
• Essbase
• FDMEE
• Minimum 5 End-to-End Implementations (Solution Architect experience preferred)
• Strong functional understanding of Finance & Accounting
• Experience transitioning from Hyperion On-Prem to EPM Cloud is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Oracle EPM solutions independently
• Lead solution design, implementation, and integration activities
• Provide functional & technical expertise across EPM modules
• Act as a Team Lead coach, mentor, and guide junior consultants
• Conduct client workshops, presentations, and technical discussions
• Participate in business development, pre-sales, demos, and proposal creation
• Prepare methodology, documentation, and formal deliverables
• Work with global customers across industries
• Provide innovative solution ideas and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization
• Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline & budget

Travel Requirement

• Must be ready for onsite travel to Doha, Qatar
• Approx. 3-6 months per year based on project needs
