Key Responsibilities: Architect and design ARCS solutions to streamline account reconciliation processes. Lead end-to-end implementation of ARCS, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimize reconciliation workflows. Provide technical leadership in ARCS configuration, automation, and integration. Develop best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives and enhancements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in financial reporting. Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) developments for new features and integrations. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ARCS and related EPM solutions. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members. Participate in business development activities and client consultations. QualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in EPM solutions , with a focus on ARCS and FCCS . Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM Suite and financial consolidation processes . Experience in solution architecture, system integration, and automation . Proficiency in Oracle FCCS, HFM, and financial close processes . Ability to design and implement scalable reconciliation solutions . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills . Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities . Ability to lead teams and drive project success . Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field . Role & responsibilities Oracle EPM Architect 15+ years (including minimum 5 years in Oracle EPM implementation/architecture) Seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Hyperion stack, including strategic planning, solution design, and technical leadership across financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Lead the architecture and design of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including modules such as: Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) Define and enforce best practices, integration standards, and governance models for EPM solutions. Engage with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable EPM designs. Develop roadmaps, implementation strategies, and solution blueprints. Guide technical and functional consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle. Lead data integration efforts between Oracle EPM and ERP/other source systems. Ensure EPM solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and audit standards. Provide thought leadership in Oracle EPM innovations, product releases, and architecture trends. Support migration from on-premise Hyperion applications to EPM Cloud (if applicable). Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and code quality assurance. This position will collaborate with various technical experts within our organization to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system. This position will provide best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives; assist in defining scope and sizing of work; and anchor Proof of Concept developments. This position will provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Function as applications design architect/Lead for Oracle FCCS Application Design point of contact for FCCS Analyst Teams Provide Solutions to existing Architecture Design on the current system Collaborate effectively with other groups Additional Requirements: EPM Experience 10+ Years Experience in Implementation of EPM cloud with strong Application Development process experience on FCCS/HFM and good knowledge on consolidation process.
