Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications AI Solution Lead

Role Overview: Join Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) Oracle University as a Solution Lead focusing on Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, delivering, and educating on innovative AI solutions, enabling customers and partners to leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities for business transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions by integrating the latest AI/ML innovations into training solutions. - Consult with product development to implement AI agent applications aligned with business objectives. - Serve as a subject matter expert in guiding customers and partners on implementing AI solutions effectively. - Engage with Product Development to define training requirements and translate them into technical training solutions. - Document best practices and lessons learned in AI agent applications to enhance learners" understanding. - Act as an AI evangelist by developing comprehensive training curriculum for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications AI capabilities. - Track and evaluate new Oracle Fusion Cloud AI features to create impactful enablement programs for partners and customers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate cloud solutions and refine training materials. - Lead continuous improvement efforts by gathering stakeholder feedback and iterating on training curriculum. - Use project management tools to track deliverables and measure program success. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field. - Experience in delivering technical solutions and advisory services to customers and partners. - Strong background in computer science, technical solution engineering, or advanced analytics. - Understanding of RAG techniques and experience in designing AI solutions is a plus. - Hands-on experience in implementing scalable AI systems is desired. - Proficiency in designing functional/technical curriculum and enablement material. - Ability to consult and collaborate with enterprise customers, SI partners, and sales teams. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Application implementations focusing on AI and enterprise innovation.
