Job Description

Job Title:

Oracle ERP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Oracle ERP implementation and support projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations and engagement.
Coordinate effectively with offshore and onsite teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Drive issue resolution, escalate risks where necessary, and maintain clear project documentation.
Provide status reporting to senior management and clients on project health and progress.

Required Skills & Experience

812 years of total experience, with at least 45 years in project management roles.
Proven track record of managing
Oracle ERP implementations
(Fusion Cloud preferred).
Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.
Experience in scope management, resource planning, and offshore/onshore delivery models.
PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).
