About the Role:

Oracle ERP Cloud GRC Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
Oracle ERP Cloud GRC
initiatives and act as a
subject matter expert
.
Implement and manage
risk management, compliance, and internal control processes
.
Collaborate with the
security team
for access control, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and ERP security compliance.
Provide functional guidance to business teams on
GRC policies and best practices
.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements across Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, HCM).

Required Skills:

Strong functional expertise in
Oracle ERP Cloud
(Financials, Procurement, HCM).
Hands-on experience in
Oracle GRC / Governance, Risk and Compliance
modules.
Knowledge of
Segregation of Duties (SoD)
, user access reviews, and security controls.
Exposure to
risk assessment, compliance audits, and internal controls
.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with IT/Security and business teams.
