Job Description

Implementation experience of Oracle EPM applications experience with atleast 7+ years of work experience.
Hands-on experience with Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and/or Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS), including implementation, configuration, and support.
Experience with Oracle Data Management (FDMEE), Smart View, and EPM Automate.
Must have worked as per agile methodology
Excellent assertive communication and leadership skills.
Collaborate with finance, tax, and IT teams to gather requirements and develop optimized reconciliation and tax reporting processes.
Willingness to learn and passion to make a difference/ lead a change.
Should be aware how a vision statement is created for technologies and how strategies are aligned to achieve the defined vision.
Should have created technology roadmaps and strategies.
