Oracle EPM Manager - PCMCS, EPBCS

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Manager with strong expertise in EPBCS and PCMCS modules, capable of leading end-to-end implementations and managing support and enhancement activities. You will play a key role in delivery, testing, automation, and client engagement while driving continuous process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a minimum of three end-to-end Oracle EPM (EPBCS/PCMCS) implementations.
• Develop weekly hours burn reports and monthly support review presentations for stakeholders.
• Perform both manual and automated quarterly/monthly patch testing across functional and technical streams.
• Assist in test automation and system reports/integrations development within the enhancement pipeline.
• Prepare and review detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Support the Transition Manager in onboarding new engagements and provide ongoing administrative support including status reporting and client documentation.
• Act as a key functional and/or technical subject matter expert, aligning solution design with business objectives after gathering comprehensive requirements from stakeholders.
• Drive fixes and enhancements to meet client business needs within support and Application Managed Services (AMS) environments.
• Collaborate within pods or client-focused teams to deliver projects and support services for multiple clients using standard PwC methodologies and tools.
• Proactively monitor system performance, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production and non-production issues.
• Manage delivery against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Independently design and configure PCMCS data chains, workflow, maintenance views, and integrations.
• Integrate EPBCS and PCMCS with other applications for effective metadata management.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of other Oracle EPM Cloud modules including PBCCS, FCCS, and Data Management (FDMEE).
• Develop EPM Automate scripts using batch and shell scripting for metadata movement between EDMCS and target applications.
• Manage dimension exports/imports, create custom properties, validation rules, subscriptions, and approval policies in EDMCS.
• Oversee outline administration, security, and metadata validation activities, troubleshooting issues effectively.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project support and delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• 10-16 years experience with Oracle Fusion EPM Cloud, especially EPBCS and PCMCS.
• Proven track record of multiple full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of metadata management, outline administration, and security in Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Experience with scripting (EPM Automate, batch, shell) for automation tasks.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, patch management, and support in AMS environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment.
• Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.
