Job Description

As the potential candidate for the Transfer Price Engine (TPE) solution within EPM, your role overview involves taking end-to-end ownership of the TPE solution and collaborating with Finance, Tax, and Business stakeholders to ensure transfer pricing requirements are met effectively. You will configure, maintain, and optimize TPE functionality, ensuring compliance with global transfer pricing policies and managing solution enhancements and integrations with ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: - Take end-to-end ownership of the Transfer Price Engine (TPE) solution within EPM. - Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Business stakeholders to understand transfer pricing requirements and translate them into system solutions. - Configure, maintain, and optimize TPE functionality (rules, calculations, data models, and reporting). - Ensure compliance with global transfer pricing policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements. - Manage solution enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with ERP, Data Hubs, and other EPM modules. - Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TPE-related processes, ensuring accurate allocations, intercompany pricing, and profitability analysis. - Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. - Develop and maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, and user training guides. - Drive adoption and change management across Finance and Tax teams by providing guidance and training. - Continuously improve the TPE solution to support business scalability and compliance needs. Qualification Required: - 6-10 years of experience as an EPM Consultant or Finance IT professional. - Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion applications (or equivalent EPM tools). - Solid understanding of transfer pricing processes, tax policies, and intercompany transactions. - Experience with designing business rules, allocation logic, and reporting frameworks in EPM. - Proven ability to manage solution ownership - design, implementation, administration, and support. - Strong skills in data management, reconciliation, and integration with ERP and BI systems. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Knowledge of other EPM modules (FCCS, PCMCS, EPBCS, ARCS). - Familiarity with EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, SQL. - Experience leading automation or transformation initiatives in Finance IT. - Exposure to global finance, tax, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
