About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Oracle EPM Administrator to manage and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications, ensuring smooth financial and operational processes. The role involves handling production support, leading a small team, and supporting global month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EPM Cloud applications (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, Essbase).

Lead team activities, monitor workflows, and ensure timely task completion in line with SLAs.

Manage global month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including maintaining calculation and report scripts.

Administer end-user security and act as the primary contact for Oracle EPM security audits.

Oversee monthly data loads, account mapping changes, and optimize application performance.

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot business rules, calculation scripts, load rules, and shell scripts.

Assist with patch testing, new system implementations, and maintain essential EPM documentation.

Recommend and implement process improvements based on team and regional inputs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, Essbase).

Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Leadership experience with the ability to mentor team members.

Proficiency in security setup, data load management, scripting, and performance tuning.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
