Experience required - 5 plus years

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBSSCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our global support team. This role isresponsible for end-to-end incident resolution, issue triaging, defectanalysis, and ensuring seamless operation of core SCM processes within OracleE-Business Suite R12.2.x. The ideal candidate should possess deep functionalprocess knowledge combined with strong technical troubleshooting skills,especially in complex, integrated environments involving WMS, 3PLs, andexternal platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Support:

- Serve as the primary point of contactfor Oracle SCM modules including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing,Shipping, and Planning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functionalissues such as incomplete orders, failed shipments, PO errors, and planningexceptions.

- Analyze business process deviations anddata inconsistencies impacting Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)flows.

- Collaborate closely with business users,planners, and fulfillment teams to provide proactive support and processcontinuity.

- Participate in issue triage bridges,identify workarounds, and validate business-impacting fixes.

- Support period-close and quarter-closeoperations, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues. Technical Support:

- Investigate and resolve technical issuesin custom objects, interfaces, workflows, and concurrent programs.

- Perform code analysis of PL/SQLpackages, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher outputs, and workflows to identifyroot causes.

- Troubleshoot SOA/OSB middleware-basedintegrations with external platforms such as HighJump WMS, 3PLs, B2B, andeCommerce systems.

- Work with DBAs and infrastructure teamsfor performance tuning, concurrent request delays, and database-levelinvestigations.

- Apply approved scripts for datacorrection in compliance with change control policies.

- Document root causes and developknowledge base articles for repeat issue prevention.

Required Skills & Experience:

Functional Proficiency:

- Strong domain knowledge in Supply Chainbusiness processesOrder Management, Procurement, Fulfillment, Inventory,Planning etc..

Familiaritywith SCM setups, transaction flows, and approval workflows within Oracle EBS.
