Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Business Analyst

As an Oracle EBS Functional SME for Order to Cash (O2C) and Configure to Order (CTO) business processes, your role will involve: - Serving as the subject matter expert for Oracle EBS O2C and CTO processes. - Collaborating with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and receivables. - Configuring and supporting Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, and Receivables modules. - Defining and maintaining defaulting rules, workflows, and setup options within Order Management to align with business needs. - Working with technical teams to design and implement integrations between EBS and external systems. - Leading functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and supporting production deployment. - Developing functional specifications, solution documentation, and training materials for end-users. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the O2C cycle. - Partnering with IT and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. Your qualifications should include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. - Over 8 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst or Consultant in Oracle E-Business Suite. - Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, and Receivables. - Deep understanding of Configure to Order (CTO) and Make to Order (MTO) processes. - Experience in defining and maintaining defaulting rules and workflow configurations in Order Management. - Proven track record in integration design and testing across modules and third-party systems. - Experience with Oracle R12 or EBS 12.2.x environments. - Oracle certification or equivalent experience in EBS functional areas. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
