Job Description

Role Overview:

Oracle Fusion Offshore Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Management:

    • Lead and manage offshore delivery teams for Oracle Fusion implementations.
    • Manage enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Coordinate with onshore teams and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Fusion projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Manage and coordinate teams across different Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.).
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management for module leads and team members.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
    • Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.
    • Handle escalations, conflict resolution, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Technical Oversight:

    • Oversee requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
    • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth integration between modules.
    • Review solution designs and validate configurations for compliance and scalability.
  • Risk & Issue Management:

    • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure timely resolution of issues impacting delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in

    Oracle Fusion Cloud

    delivery management.
  • Proven track record in managing offshore delivery for global clients.
  • 1215+ years overall IT experience, with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Applications delivery.
  • Strong understanding of multiple Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, HCM).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities (PMP or similar certification preferred).
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of integration tools and middleware.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
