Job Description: Title: Oracle Cerner Consultant Location: PAN India Minimum Experience: 3 years The Cerner Surgical Anesthesia Support and Maintenance Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for Cerner SurgiNet and Anesthesia applications. This role involves troubleshooting application issues, managing system updates, and ensuring the smooth operation of Cerner systems used in surgical and anesthesia settings. The specialist will work closely with healthcare professionals and other IT staff to maintain and improve the technology environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Cerner SurgiNet and Anesthesia applications, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues. Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades for Cerner applications. Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of Cerner systems used in surgical and anesthesia settings. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve system functionality. Document and maintain records of support activities, resolutions, and system changes. Provide training and support to end-users on Cerner SurgiNet and Anesthesia applications. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in the maintenance and support of Cerner systems. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Cerner Millennium certification or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and maintaining Cerner applications, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of Cerner SurgiNet and Anesthesia applications. Experience with system updates, patches, and upgrades. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards. Skills and Competencies: Anesthesia, Surgical, Power charts, Power plans, Power order, Cerner physician documentation, Cerner CareAware, Cerner ePrescribeEPCS. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
