Job Description

You are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Oracle Cloud Implementation specialist to contribute and take ownership of the Order management processes. Your ideal candidate should possess a robust background in Oracle Cloud solutions, with a specialized focus on optimizing and implementing the Order to Cash cycle. This role requires strategic leadership for team handling, deep functional expertise, and a proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. - **Lead Implementation:** Spearhead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Order Management processes. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business objectives. - **Project Management:** Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on schedule and within cost constraints. Use agile methodologies and tools to monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. - **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address any concerns. - **Customization and Configuration:** Customize and configure Oracle Cloud solutions to meet business needs and enhance functionality. Ensure the solutions are scalable and adaptable to changing business requirements. - **Training and Support:** Develop and deliver training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new systems. Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation. - **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and reports for executive review. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on Order Management processes. - Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management and its integration with other systems. - Functional Knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules like Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Shipping. - Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. - Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Note: Preferred qualifications such as Oracle Cloud Certification and experience in consulting or client-facing roles in a similar industry are a plus.* (Location: Hybrid/Remote),
